Sparticle spectra from large-volume string compactifications
Joseph Conlon (DAMTP, Cambridge)
03 July 2007, 16:45 - 18:30
I describe the spectrum and couplings of the moduli for large-volume string compactifications, and their cosmological and astrophysical applications. Heavy moduli with mass of 500TeV decay early, with no cosmological moduli problem or gravitino overproduction problem. The volume modulus is light with m \sim 1 MeV. It decays dominantly to e+e- and is a candidate to explain the 511keV positron line from the galactic center.
